The Derby Phoenix 600cc Pre Injection Championship consists of 2 races per meeting (day), the novice races are run at the same time as the more experienced (non novice) pre-injection championship, they all line up and start on the grid together.
Participants competing in the Novice Championship are those in Orange hig-vis. In 2009 ProjectRace are competitng in the Novice championship
